That actually doesnt work for most, Mummy! That oil is airborne!

I swear by Fels Naptha laundry soap bars myself. Come in house, strip all clothes off and straight into washer. Then shower with laundry soap.

And if I know I'm going to be dealing with it, I cover my arms in plastic bags held on by rubber bands with a cuff. Remove by pulling on the cuff, turn inside out and stuff into a garbage bag. I seriously hate poison ivy.

For stuff growing near the house, Round up.

If we don't here from you tomorrow, we will know you didn't cook them long enough, lol.

Saturday would be the day to get concerned - am going to look for these today at Mom's.

Thanks all!

Mom kept me too busy to look for ferns - [:(]

We hauled leaves from the neighbor's leaf pile to make mulch on the squash garden, and planted collards, kale, and swiss chard. We prepared a row for lettuce, which I imagine we will plant Sunday.

My peas are about 6" high [:)]

Mom sent me home with asparagus (which I sauteed) and rhubarb, which I made into a sauce and poured over chicken and rice. M is eating leftover chicken wings. [:D]

I think I'll start another thread for rhubarb recipes.

Ya, I noticed this on my walk and also when I was picking Lilies of the Valley, which smell heavenly next to my computer.
