I want to hide someone from view, not because I wouldn't want to know them but because when their profile shows up collarme freezes on me. Who do I contact for help with this?

I can't click on them, the whole page is frozen when this one profile comes up. I have to close down the page and hope that her's isn't the top one the next time i pull up the page.

You might want to write support and give them the name of the person's profile so they can check it out. Sometimes people embed things on their profile and they can be a real pain in the ass. You really don't have a choice if your computer freezes. Other than that, until something can be done, I would change my search area to another state in hopes that the profile doesn't pop up, at least until this is sorted out. It will limit you if you are searching your area for someone, but will save you the hassle or problems with your computer.

Are you able to access the site on a more powerful computer? If you could do that, it shouldn't freeze up and then you could hide or block the profile.
