The problem of others seeing is that if the other doesn't want to look out of their window and see s & m or sex going on, they will call the police and you get to be a registered sex offender.

Now if the other is a kinky friend who has been invited over to watch, that's different.

If you want to go around upsetting the elderly, then go crawl naked into your own grandmother's house. Don't do this in front of my elderly father, he has enough problems as is.

If that's what you wanted to know then you should have asked that. As it was your OP was very ambiguous and you asked something quite different. We are on a written medium here, the only thing people have to go on are your words, it might be best to try to direct the replies into the area you want them to go rather than hope that miraculously people will understand your intent.

As an answer to the above question, it's something I've seen others express interest in. My impression is that it's not really widespread but it seems that it does happen.

Only problem I see with chains outside is that after a couple of weeks of the slave being chained out there, rust will form on the links and lower the value of a perfectly good chain.

It's required. If you don't chain someone, you don't get the appropriate merit badge and they refuse to make you a Master Third Class.
