This really stood out to me:

Issue every police force a special box to keep in every police car (except K-9 units). If there is any report of a potentially hostile dog, they break out "The BOX."
Inside, a T-bone from a T-bone steak, marinated in Bacon fat and chicken gravy.
They will never shoot a dog again...
