I have literally no idea. I happen to live in Colorado. There are people from all over the country here, as well as Canadians, Europeans, etc.

Instead of asking a worldwide audience what the situation is close to you, how about you do some Googling to see what BDSM groups might be close to you? Then meet some locals.
