To be honest it might just be cheaper for you to replace the door since it looks like it's just a veneer, hollow door. If so, those kinds of doors are rather cheap, although veneer doors usually don't hold up to outside weather very well.

But if you're going to keep it then what everyone else said. Some wood putty, sand down, paint.

It's particle board, my dad says, but it's not hollow. Our doorway is also not standard size, it's over sized, so getting a new door would be very costly, it'd likely have to be custom made, or it'd be a stroke of luck finding a premade door for the size of the doorway.
