Actually no. You have to have a positive pregnancy test before they even ask you about your last period in order to start counting the age of the baby.

For future reference, please note that you may employ logic, on condition that you avoid rationality.
i.e., if you used a condom, then you must have known it would result in an abortion - it's a pre-emptive abortion, you performed the abortion before the conception.
You really need to get a handle on that concept of pre-emptivity, it's the only way you can pre-emptively punish someone for a crime they have pre-emptively committed.
See, now it's logical.
