They complained and the city cut it down to $127,000 but they decided to go to court.. the court decided the impact fee should be just under $10,000.. Impact and other fees are usually a fixed amount, it does not matter the size of house you build.. so who is gonna pay that kinda money (or fight in court for years to try to reduce it) to build a teeny tiny but darn cute house???
