I've had no luck logging in for the past 2 days now.

Actually you can log in to CollarChat without logging in to CollarMe.

Actually you can log in to CollarChat without logging in to CollarMe.

If you're logged in here, click the black and white "Collarme" logo at the top to go to the other side. If it shows you logged out over there, click the "message boards" link over there, then click the logo here to go back to that side. Sometimes that will sync up your account.
