You missed it, Ashjor. It's CITIZENS of each country saying they have no ill will to the other country. US citizens are saying they don't agree with the US-Iran war machine either.

People are smart enough to understand the realities of war. Only Governments struggle with the same question.

The US only has to look back as far as 2000 to see the same. But back to individual people's wishes - I think it's a step in the right direction. It IS too much to expect that a people as a whole turn the other cheek.

Hi, Tweak. As I've already expressed in these forums, I do not believe any sort of peace settlement is possible in the Middle East. Peace will follow victory, when there either is no such place as Isreal anymore, or when none of their neighbors will be willing to fuck them for 100 years or more.
