Front page, beneath the tit pictures that are front and center you would select your state (perhaps) and fill in the max distance, out of all those search boxes provided you.

Read the home page top to bottom, left to right, there is alotta stuff there.

LOL, you missed it, he needs the max distance box (as close as it gets to 'my local area'.) unless he means right in town, which he can fill in the text box marked keyword or city
