Door's over there, dear. If opinions, speculation and BS aren't good enough, you're probably in the wrong forum.

Opinions are ok unless ones opinion is speculation of the facts that they don't really know.

Fact 1: Trayvon Martin is dead.

Fact 2: George Zimmerman did it.

BINGO! That's all you need for a Florida Manslaughter charge. Now it's Zimmerman's turn to explain to a judge why it should be dismissed.

Good job you're showing enough class not to dip your own snout in the trough then, isn't it?

Of course not..........yet. I'll wait for all the facts to come out. All I'm getting from some here is a lot of opinions, speculation, BS, and some far out interpretations of stand your ground and other erroneous points on Florida firearms laws.

Just for my own edification but what exactly did you come here to get,if not opinions, speculation interpretations and yes even some bullshit ?

On this subject I'm interested in the facts of the case. When all the facts come out then opinions are fine though I may not agree with them all. Too many here are just making shit up and stating some erroneous bullshit as Florida law and all the rest of it. They have Zimmerman convicted and hung.

Here's an opinion for ya. Sharpton and Jackson are race baiting assholes who will only stir up trouble as apposed to doing anything worthwhile along with those black panther idiots who put a bounty on Zimmerman.

I don't believe in overzealous assholes with guns chasing people down and shooting them as some have accused Zimmerman of doing and it's not yet clear that is what really happened. The rest of the facts are just now starting to come in and it's starting to look like that's not what happened. See what the Orlando Sentinel reported on the thread titled "The Good, the Bad, and the Money".

That said, from what I can tell, the shooting *may have been* avoidable, I'm not sure, but also *may have been* within the parameter of the law at the same time. I'm thinkin there is a reason why the cops didn't have probable to arrest this guy and it's not racism or some such bullshit.

You don't need ALL the facts. For a manslaughter indictment you only need 2.

Trayvon Martin is dead and George Zimmerman did it.

Two simple facts that add up to a Florida Manslaughter indictment.

Easy Peasy. Any defenses are raised as pretrial motion and a judge rules on them.

Thats not all you need for a Florida Manslaughter charge. I think Zimmerman explained why he shouldn't be arrested in the first place.
Easy Peasy

Please explain how those aren't the only 2 requirements for charging. And that Zimmerman hasn't satisfied them.

There ARE NO OTHER requirements under the manslaughter law. And any defense is raised as a pretrial motion to dismiss, which is ruled on by a Judge.

Sure they could have charged him but they don't have to charge him. The police probably know something that you don't know.
