Looking4sxslaves -> Fraudulent Identities (3/25/2012 3:31:01 AM)

To The Reader,
I have noticed here that the the girls have posted alot in their Journals for their
profiles that they have recieved hundreds of messages in a matter of a few minutes,
and I have been considering how this could be happening. It is highly doubtful that
those girls are actually recieving that many messages. What is more than likely
happening here is a software macro (Machine Automated Command Repeat Order).
Since not everyone knows how to do this, especially with compatible code here
on this site and server, I see a couple of things that are more than likely what is
actually happening here. One, these profiles that are messaging the new member
profiles, and indeed profiles with specific attributes, on a regularly shceduled basis
are more than likely from one, or potentially a few, member(s) that have a desire
to increase their odds of finding someone. Of course the result of this is the
presentation of fraudulent identity. Now we all know that this is illegal. People
are not allowed to present themselves as anyone other than who they actually
are and it be within the boundries of legal actions. Fraud is illegal. There are
some that argue that they have the right to present themselves as anyone they
want to, and indeed they do, but not when presenting the identity as an actual
identity rather than a ficticious identity. I suppose anyone with software sense
that knows how to compose code association as a run could analyze this site
and write a macro, but the Collar Me site itself should easily become aware that
the macro is taking place. This is basically facilitation the perpertration of the
presentation of fraudulent identity. This indicates that the site admin is among
the perpertration of what's happening here, or for some reason or another they
have provided a clearance for this action to occur on this site. Even if it were
law enforcement performing this fraud, they are well aware that virtual identity
constitutes tangible identity. Just ask the banks and credit card companies if
a virtual identity constitutes an actual identity, they will tell you that it always
has, and always will. What I don't understand is why this site has chosen to
allow users to run a MACRO messageing SPAM (Simultaneous Programed
Automated Messages) program harassing other users. In a manner of
speaking harassment is all it is. I don't send out 200 messages to the same
person while pretending that I am one of 200 different people on the off chance
there will be a response to at least one, and then say that I am that person
that recieved a response. I only have a single profile. I don't pretend to be
anyone other than myself. Anyway, seems to me like this site would find a
way to stop from helping people to break laws.

GreedyTop -> RE: Fraudulent Identities (3/25/2012 3:47:28 AM)

paragraphs are your friend, and friend to anyone who you would like have read what you write.. just sayin'.

GreedyTop -> RE: Fraudulent Identities (3/25/2012 3:56:37 AM)

ok, I got as far as you doubt women are getting that many messages.

Yes, they do. Women who have recently joined the site will show up on the new users lists, and be innundated by emails from all kinds of swinging dicks.

There have been threads about this before.

as far as macros/spam/etc, since the majority of us do not use our real names on this site, aren't we ALL guilty of fraud?

MissAsylum -> RE: Fraudulent Identities (3/25/2012 4:07:56 AM)

GREEDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(back to topic)

If i still had my old laptop, I could share a screenshot of my first week's worth of messages. Created an account, on a Friday I do believe, signed back in on the following Saturday, 8 days later.

Total which I cannot forget since my boyfriend and I went through my mail box and we both were astounded by the sheer volume: 461 messages, 78% from unique users, the other 22% being users who sent mass copy/paste messages, or people bitching, whining, and/or threatening me because I had not wrote them back yet.

So 461 messages over 8 days averages out to 57-ish messages per day. Not quite hundreds a day, but that's still quite a number.

LafayetteLady -> RE: Fraudulent Identities (3/25/2012 4:55:20 AM)

Yes, women are inundated with mass amounts of messages when they first join and for some time after that.  Yes, "hundreds in minutes" is probably an exaggeration.

More importantly....what is your point with you "wall o text?"

GreedyTop -> RE: Fraudulent Identities (3/25/2012 5:59:14 AM)

MISS A!!! *hugs*

Let's assume you are right here, and that every email a new member gets is indeed from the
very same person, but that person is now using a different account name.
Do you really think the new member wouldn't recognize that each email is exactly the same as the last?
(A Macro simply repeats the same message with the click of a button)
So now, not only do you not believe what women put on their journals, you also think they are stupid.
Well done!

Also, let's say JoeBlow has 50 profiles. Unless his age and location and gender are different in each,
there is no fraud. And in order for him to send 50 messages to the same person, he would have to sign
out of one account and into the other in order to do so. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of using a Macro.

Just recently, the site administrators shut down several accounts that were indeed fraudulently presenting
themselves as someone they were not. To imply that actual fraud is tolerated here is an overstretch.

Don't take my word for it, or the hundreds of journals that you read but don't believe.
Click on the Search button in the top right of this page and look for Spam Filter.
You will see many examples of the sites policy on this.
Or better yet, why not test your theory and see what happens.

GreedyTop -> RE: Fraudulent Identities (3/25/2012 7:36:35 AM)

I love you, poise. That is all.

Kirata -> RE: Fraudulent Identities (3/25/2012 7:43:45 AM)

Let me see if I understand you. You're new here and don't like the place.

Hmmm, what could the solution be.

K.

Please tell me you are not serious. You're trying to act like you're an authority, and you are not seeing any difference between a profile here, and a legal identity complete with SSN?

I know a woman in Colorado who decided to have two profiles, one presenting herself as a Domme and another as a sub. Feel free to contact me and I will give you the profile names, and you can call the FBI and report her and see what happens. I'll also throw in someone else who was locked out of her profile and started another, as well as some who decided to start up profiles under new names because collarme won't allow renaming. Knock yourself out.

You're claiming that a problem exists based on women stating they get lotsa messages. You're analyzing the problem based on no real evidence, and diagnosing it based on who knows what. Next, you're falsely claiming it's illegal and stating that it MUST BE dealt with by the site, and you want it to be a top priority for collarme. You conclude that because the site management has not dealt with your delusion, that they must be in cahoots with the vile macro people.

1. CM accounts cannot open bank accounts and are not as valid as real people.
2. You are claiming that the site has an obligation to stop macros with no proof it's happening.
3. Please prove that the messages are not generated by lots of individuals.
4. Please specify which laws are being broken. Harassment is sketchy, and the possibility would exist based on humans and not macros messaging, simply at a lesser rate.

And yet, on this site you say your name is Breck. On several other profile sites, you are
using a totally different name. Also, in 2009 you were 45, but your profile here says 43.

I've also seen some of your unsolicited messages to members elsewhere, and I think that
regardless of whether someone is who they claim to be or not, their true identity never
fails to come shining through.

There is something really strange about the rants in your profile regarding fraud. [:-]
