Fourteen year old buys a house.

More info.

She started up her own business selling stuff on craigslist, and parlayed that into a home.

Bet she never whines about having nothing to do...

I think children are often under-rated. My grandson (16 as of last week) just started writing his second book. :D

Lizard works in the restaurant business and is willing to pay off her own medical bills and save up for college. She also pays me back when she needs my debit card for her food handler certificate and pizza.

I hope she saves up enough to get her pharmacy tech certificate.
