They surprise you.  Fluke is now apparently a White House plant.

Fox News host Eric Bolling speculated on Tuesday that Sandra Fluke, the law student who has become famous for being attacked by Rush Limbaugh, was part of an elaborate White House plan to distract voters from the economy.
Fluke first gained attention for being denied a place at a hearing about the Obama administration's contraception policy. It was this incident, along with her subsequent public call for her Catholic university's insurance plan to cover the cost of contraception, that led Limbaugh to call her a "slut" and a "prostitute."
On Tuesday's "The Five," there was little sympathy for Fluke. Bolling cast her as a tool for a broader mission.
President Obama and his "allies in the press" were "trying to pull a fast one on you," he said. Calling Fluke a "foot soldier" for the White House, he added, "President Obama, on the ropes with the economy and specifically with women voters, gets Mrs. Fluke to create a controversy, and the liberal media puppets play along as scripted."
Co-host Bob Beckel called the idea "ridiculous," but the show's other hosts seemed to agree with Bolling. Andrea Tantaros scoffed at "anyone who thinks this was accidental."

Well, I mean lets look at this logically:

A 50 some year old kenyan AND prior to his birth and sentience can cook a fuckin birth certificate knowing that some time years hence he was destined to become a president of the united states  couldnt have the werewithal to slip some matress backed hussy into the legal proram at prestigious Georgetown Law School  two years before he became president and hadn't yet destroyed our economy after W had it humming along, then you just don't live in the real world, and should get your own 'come to jesus' and get right with it.

I watched this morning, and I could NOT believe just how misinformed they actually are, it was clear that they had not read her testimony and using assumptions the same as limbaugh.
The only one that didnt sound like they were reading from the national enquirer was Beckel.
I thought the whole idea was in America If you didnt like something you could work to change things, take part in the process, an education was a good thing, .Apparently it doesnt work for women who are working to change things for womens health rights. Or maybe just women who are not republican.

Hell yes.  That Obama is a planner.

I also like the accusation that the sole reason Fluke went to the frighteningly expensive and difficult Georgetown law school is to advocate for contraception for its students.  Anybody who would believe that steaming pile of shit has obviously never experienced the joys of law school.

Still and all, I must cavil with your conclusion, in my mind it has certainly met with limited success,  the economy wasn't quite eclipsed by this tour de force of post hoc ergo propter hoc.

The republican house hasn't done a fucking thing on this economy.   Which is where you would expect some of this to occur if you had ever heard of the constitution.

It may be that there is an even more advanced conspiracy eminating from the White House, one in which Obama has set this up to make it look like the republicans are trying to elide our thoughts from their dismal fiscal record and policies.

While Faux Nuze has not informed us directly concerning this nautilus of intrigue, I am certain they will track it down to the responsible parties, and regale us with the facts, the cover ups, the woulda done, shoulda done, coulda done,  and other various and sundry canards and buncombes.

Ya, on another thread we were discussing a scurrilous article in The Blaze that made that insinuation.

Best possible witness ever? Yes

Plant? Pfft.

Are the Democrats making political hay from the Republican's War on Women? Sure, why not?

Top 10 Shocking Attacks from the GOP's War on Women

[Early 2011]

1) Republicans not only want to reduce women's access to abortion care, they're actually trying to redefine rape. After a major backlash, they promised to stop. But they haven't yet. Shocker.

2) A state legislator in Georgia wants to change the legal term for victims of rape, stalking, and domestic violence to "accuser." But victims of other less gendered crimes, like burglary, would remain "victims."

3) In South Dakota, Republicans proposed a bill that could make it legal to murder a doctor who provides abortion care. (Yep, for real.)

4) Republicans want to cut nearly a billion dollars of food and other aid to low-income pregnant women, mothers, babies, and kids.

5) In Congress, Republicans have a bill that would let hospitals allow a woman to die rather than perform an abortion necessary to save her life.

6) Maryland Republicans ended all county money for a low-income kids' preschool program. Why? No need, they said. Women should really be home with the kids, not out working.

7) And at the federal level, Republicans want to cut that same program, Head Start, by $1 billion. That means over 200,000 kids could lose their spots in preschool.

8) Two-thirds of the elderly poor are women, and Republicans are taking aim at them too. A spending bill would cut funding for employment services, meals, and housing for senior citizens.

9) Congress just voted for a Republican amendment to cut all federal funding from Planned Parenthood health centers, one of the most trusted providers of basic health care and family planning in our country.

10) And if that wasn't enough, Republicans are pushing to eliminate all funds for the only federal family planning program. (For humans. But Republican Dan Burton has a bill to provide contraception for wild horses. You can't make this stuff up).

Indeed!

I don't know where all the surprise at this is coming from. I mean, Nancy Reagan had already established the precedent of seeking council of an astrologer in matters of national importance. Barack and Michelle were just being ahead of the game and went this route early in the process. They held a seance and poked holes in a doll or something and some younger woman somewhere else was playing Texas hold 'em with her Taro cards on her Ouija board and one fell out and landed on a place on the board that said "Georgstadt."

Simple as that.

It's simple. A week ago, the White House had screwed things up so badly that the GOP had a golden issue handed to them. They cast it as the government forcing companies to implement health care policies that conflicted with the management's religion. The White House unaccountably missed casting it as management forcing their religious beliefs on their employees.

The GOP had five experts testify. None of the experts had ever had a period or been pregnant or personally used any BC methods except condoms and abstinence. They excluded women altogether. STILL the GOP had the upper hand.

Then Limbaugh stepped in. In three short days, he had destroyed the issue the GOP had in their hands. He made the GOP look anti-woman and showed Romney with a spine of Jello. So who will they blame?

They can't blame Rush. That's heresy in the GOP.
They can't blame themselves. That'd be admitting a mistake.
They can't blame Fluke. A 30 year old student, female at that, making the GOP look like idiots?

No, they needed to blame a sinister clandestine Democratic plot at the highest levels.

Yeah. It was a plot alright and Fluke was a plant.

Fluke was hired by Obama and his handlers to say exactly what she said all the while knowing that Rush would attack her for it.

Yeah. That's one hell of a theory they've got going.

More likely just a "gotcha" game and blowing the incident out of proportion. Although, the media  (crowd) manipulation games can be very sophisticated. So, this is not an outrageous idea at all in my understanding.

In my absolute despair at the ludicrousness of what passes for 'informed debate' with the right passed last night, (as you can tell by the unusually large number of misspellings) I realized that, and I slept fitfully if at all, knowing that poor old Mrs. Hungadunga, wherever she may be, would like her son's name treated with some respect regardless of who he is defending according to the laws of our land.
