Welcome to the message board, Wanda.
In order to change your password, be sure to sign in on the other side of this website
(where all the profiles are) and on the left is a button that says Edit Profile.
Click on that, and there will be a place to change your password.

Actually, it's on the MY ACCOUNT tab, not the EDIT PROFILE tab. Further questions should be directed to SUPPORT. A link to SUPPORT appears at the bottom of every page on collarme.com.

That's the button I meant...I just mispelled it.
