Not in UK. But, I can tell you, if you are looking only to get *your* fantasies fulfilled, take it to a Professional. Most of the Ladies here expect *their* wants, needs and desires met, first and foremost. That's a major part of the Dominant nature. Go figure.

There is a FAQ sticky at the top of the Ask A Mistress page. Read it, there is plenty of good information there.

Fetlife has many local groups so you can talk to others of your interest and hopefully meet people local to you---or at least a train ride away! I know travelling is a different thing in the UK, here in the states we often drive for a few hours to go to events as a matter of course.

Get to know people, head to munches, clubs, meet people active on the scene, see if you click with anyone. I hate this cliche, but Dommes are people too

Not sure on the events in the Midlands, apart from the BBB, but there's bound to be more info on Fetlife or Informed Consent.

No, but that has more to do with you repeatedly contacting someone who has said "no thanks" already and lists "crossdressing" as a hard limit than specifically with your age.

There are munches all over the Midlands, so you should have no problem finding one. Just remember, it's good to have a good idea of what you're looking for, but if you're set on finding a D/s relationship, it's good to get used to the idea of being happy just to please her, and I'm sure you'll eventually find a lady who will click with you in every way.
It might require a bit of patience, but it can be worth it.
