I've low carbed since I was 21. I was diagnosed at age 28 even though at age 16 I had 10 of the 13 symptoms. Because I maintained a thin weight for so many years, my periods are regular, I conceived 5 times and have no children That said: My family carries the antibody that causes miscarriages and I'm allergic to aspirin which is what is used to combat that antibody. Second, because of the miscarriages in my family, my mother was given DES when pregnant with me. So, I can't really say it was the deciding factor in my fertility. I don't feel that it has effected my sex life. (Menopause is having more of an effect) I am insulin resistant and I have to eat a reduced carb diet or I feel like crap. There's a really good website www.soulcysters.com that has a ton of information.
