Well in missionary position you tend to squeeze your glutes, which tends to give you that narrow, clenched look, whereas the definition of a "nice ass"generally refers to a more rounded look, and certain amount of lordosis, where the booty juts out. It is associated largely with sexual display, and it is associated with back problems if it's too exaggerated or prolonged, i.e., the corsets during the Edwardian period were designed specifically to exaggerate it.
The conundrum here is that that narrow clenched look means she can probably bust a watermelon with those thighs, something to consider if you like going down, might have to break out the ropes. [:D]
Typically, in doggy style, that is the posture, the lordosis facilitates a better angle on things, if the bottom clenches up, penetration becomes more difficult if not impossible, simply due to the angle, so there is a whole different thing going on with the glutes, lower back and abdominals.
I'm more of a scissor guy myself I guess, it's easier on my back, and I can control the angles of penetration, while the bottom can kinda go either way with that.
