How does one go about setting something like this up?

You wanna get more specific?  Let me try a stab.

You're a single man, looking to fulfill a GB fantasy.  You first need the woman, then the locale, and then you need the other men.  Is that it?

The hard part will be getting the woman in the first place.  Women that have GB fantasies don't grow on trees and need to trust that you will keep them safe.

Then you need to study STD prevention.

Then you need a locale.  I expect that at 22 years old, you do not own/rent a house?  If not, consider renting a hotel room because the noise WILL cause an issue in an apartment.

The easiest part will be getting the other men.  A craigslist ad should suffice.

I'd recommend you begin by trying to locate gangbangs local to you, to see how they handle STD prevention and other practical concerns.

Edited to add: I wrote the above under the impression you were looking to set up a GB.  A swinger's party is a lot easier.

1. Get a woman.
2. Go to a swinger site.
3. Use the site.

while I totally agree with the sentiment, the women he is looking for is going to have to be agreeable to a gang bang with a group of men she has never met, being led by a dom she just met. I honestly couldn't say where he is going to meet someone like that. I know a lot of women and I can't think of anyone that dumb.

I'm not sure. I think a professional might not be easy to find as the multiple men are a greater risk for her safety and for a woman to get to this level of trust with you to even consider doing what you propose would take some time. I"m not sure how swinger's events work, that might be a better angle, but I think unpaired guys in that environment are pretty common and a bit extraneous.

While there might be bdsm elements to what you say you are looking for, you're far more likely to find people who share this interest on swinging or dogging sites rather than here. Of course, I could be wrong.

Okay, it would appear you're lacking in some of the basics.

Dark Steven handed you the logistics....let's see if we can educate your 22 year old mind on the remaining basics.

1) They're the ones that tend more to be round and fluffy and have fascinating and intriguing protrusions just slightly above the elbows, but on their fronts.

2) They're also the ones that tend to look much more appealing than the image you see in the mirror each morning.

3) Many of them have higher heels, pointier shoes, longer hair, ear rings, and much slenderer waists....unless you live in the Castro in SF or Capital Hill in Seattle, at which point you have some rather unique decisions to make.

4) They're the ones that smell better.

Look for those types.

Hah, that's true. I mean, I think the idea of a gangbang is kinda hot, at least in fantasy, and I'd trust my Dom to make sure it went down okay (though he's not into that so it's a bit moot anyway), but we've been together for 3 years. I sure as hell wouldn't do that with some guy I just met, and I can't imagine anybody that's not a little crazy that would.

In addition, a woman has to be able to trust you to keep her safe. Which means condoms and dental dams. Which means you need at least two strong friends who, like you, do not participate but just watch to ensure that the rules are being followed.

Why three men? Easy, because you're going to physically need to haul some guy off her if he won't use a condom. Which you can't do while you're playing. That's why there are referees at games, not just players.
