Big business has outsourced so much labor over seas and killed so many jobs that there are not enough welders in the country to have a steel fabrication industry worth jack shit (and if you scope out the economics studies, it spells out WHEN the largest sum of all this occured... during the de-regulation hay day of  Compassionate Conservatism... Code for "Yeah, it's a big fucking you'll be getting, but I'm gonna use some lube"). THAT is the message Chris Cuomo and the California Official are relating. Boy given the fact that his brother Andy's outsourcing came right after the President got him the funding (little bad blood there), plus it was an early credit the President thought he had under his belt cause he spent a year or so greasing the wheels on the side for Cuomo... So yeah, I  agree with Popeye that it's un-fucking-believeable, especially the where they out cry now comes from.
