Why don't you put the name of the band and/or song in the link?

Like I'm doing here with Chicago's I'm A Man

Shit, they cut it off - he does this call and response with Miles near the end that's like one of the high points of Hendrix's oeuvre.

Hippie, because they didn't have the name of the group on the video.

Here's a cool one from Ireland.

I don't know the first first, but Joe Morello's solo in Take Five was a game changer.

In A Gadda Da Vida, Iron Butterfly (1968)

From Wiki-

The first six minutes of the song is dominated by a memorable, "endless, droning minor-key riff",[3] a guitar and bass ostinato. It is used as the basis for extended organ and guitar solos, then silenced to make way for a drum solo, one of the first on a rock record and one of the most famous, because of its surreal tribal sound.

I've not been able to find it on an album but Blue Oyster Cult used to have some absolutely kickass drum solos in concert way back when.

They stuck a few live recordings on the last load of CD reissues. Sadly, the one that sticks in my mind is Cities On Flame With Rock'n'Roll, which has no drums at all and everyone playing a guitar...

Oldest one I remember is the drum solo in "Wipeout"

I'm sure that isnt the oldest but it was one of the coolest in its era.

Stewart Copeland is probably my favorite drummer and percussion composer.

It's a pity neither the Police nor Joy Division ever did any, really. A couple of bands where the drummer was the best musician by a country mile...
