ORIGINAL: rockspider Denmark has a warship in the area "The Absalon". The crew has been quite succesful in capturing pirates. But when they do, the politicians back home can't find out of what to do with the scum so normal procedure is to sail a bit around with them, feed them up and finally setting them of on a beach i Somalia and telling them "Naugthy boys, don't do it again". Who even has jurisdiction, with Somalia hardly being a nation at all, save on paper? Our navy also swings by periodically, but the merchants are turning to mercs, so I'm guessing nobody has a viable route to dealing with them, beyond killing. Not that it's a major problem, so long as they're verifying that these are pirates and pose a risk to allied fleets, but it seems mercs might be the preferred agent if killing is the preferred route. Health, al-Aswad.
