ORIGINAL: Hillwilliam What do you folks think? Should there be a statute of limitations for posts? I don't know, to be honest. I was the recipient of a very personal and rather vile post awhile back and I reported it. It was never pulled. I would periodically check back on it to see if it had been pulled, but my ticket went through two mods and was closed, leaving the post in place. I would have been satisfied if it had been pulled, no matter how long after it was posted. I've never reported a post again after that. Probably never will, figuring if a post like that had been allowed to remain, then there was no point. However, after awhile, you figure the thread really isn't going to get much traffic anyway, and ya drop it. Given some recent history here, maybe it's good that it stays out there. I figure if someone is going to look like a complete jerk out there, hey let 'em! So those are my undecided thoughts on the topic. [8D]
