You have to prove that state's have the right to determine what women have access to in relationship to oral contraceptives.

that clip may not prove Santorum wants a theocracy but he does. Just go watch his lectures at colleges, he's fucking crazy. Really, I'd actively campaign for Obama, and donate to Obama if Santorum got the nomination, he won't though, he has zero chance once anyone actually watches him talk in a less guarded environment.
