Hell, you could put that down on a brandnew lease and not have to worry about anything. Probably $350-$400 per month for a new F-150 pickup truck.
I just leased a new Ford Edge Limited for $2 k down and $395 per month. It's loaded! Something breaks I just take it back to the dealorship and they fix it or they give me a new one.
It's funny, on the paperwork they list it as; "Type of vehicle, Ford Truck."
It's got a V-6 engine with 285 horse power but I haven't booted it yet because it's only got 875 miles on it.
You should look into leasing.

For 2 grand for 1 part I'd just go buy a sweet usEd vehicle. The roseville Toyota had a 2010 almost brand new for 14k

Can't claim anything as to the wimmens that sign up but if you have a dick.....you'll get (immediately) 9 emails from "hot" chics saying something akin to.....

"You're EXACTLY the kind of guy I'm looking for....hit me up babe!" or....."GAWDDDDD....I've been searching for so long.....you're my guy (hit me up)".....etc.

It IS a scam.
