That show aired about a month ago, and they stated on the show (didn't watch the whole clip you posted) that what they did was not harmful.  Inhaling helium isn't harmful unless it is a regular occurance.  I'm sure they wouldn't have let Kelly or NPH (who is really just so great an entertainer and should get the co-host gig) do something that would be harmful to them.
