OP You should only do what you feel comfortable doing. There will always be people around that will pressure you in this world to try to make you do something you do not wish to do. Be strong, stand your ground and do not back down. Always do what you feel is best for yourself.

There are people around here with all sort of strange ideas. There's a guy on here who think's that the universe is a figment of his imagination, another who's told me that unicorns are real, just the other day some one was trying to convince me that we can't know that 2+2=4.

[sm=dunno.gif] welcome to the internet. Don't get me wrong there are great people on here, I met my girlfriend on here. But when you're initial reaction is wtf is that guy crazy sometimes the answer is it really isn't anything that you're doing the answer just actually is yes they are crazy. Even some of the people who aren't have very strange ideas about things and most of us are pretty used to it at this point.

Some weird guy says something weird on the internet a lot. So when you read some of these replies that are humorous and sarcastic keep in mind it gets hard to take weird things people say on the internet seriously after a while. I'd advise that instead of changing what you're doing just shrug hit the block button and move on.

If you don't want to post a face pic well don't. You don't need to post naked pictures either and you might actually notice that you get mail from a different sort of guy if you don't. Certainly profiles with pictures get more traffic but you could for instance put up a pic of you doing something that tells people something about you (maybe an activity that you enjoy) and is taken at a distance or at angle or with a shadow that happens to discreetly obscure your face.

I hear that sort of thing has been done before.

1/ The universe is not a figment of his imagination, he is a figment of my imagination and I only imagine that he imagines the universe. It isn't really here. I apologize for the inconvenience.

2/ Unicorns are real. Take care never to feed one, as they only eat their owners. Also, do not play leapfrog with a Unicorn. Play hopscotch. Unicorns suck at hopscotch.

3/ In fact, 2 + 2 =/= 4, because of frictional losses.
