There's a whole new thing.

It's all discombobulated.

It's what it is.

Discombobulation is one of the finest words in the English language.

FR

"Discombobulation is one of the finest words in the English language."

It is oft misused though, at least in form.

DISCOMBOBULATE is a simple verb.
DISCOMBOBULATED is therefore an adjective.
DISCOMBOBULATION describes an act AS a thing making it technically a noun.

But people forget simple word structure, I would fail German badly enough but......

COMBOBULATE would be to "assemble" something. This would mean the first time only.
If it becomes DISCOMBOBULATED then it must be RECOMBOBULATED.

For the sake of clarity UNCOMBOBULATED should be used to differentiate the actual state "it" is in after being DISCOMBOBULATED, however in actual usage the difference is negligible.

COMBOBULATE may also be used as an adjective to describe something that has been COMBOBULATED but not (yet) DISCOMBOBULATED. However if one chooses to do so, don't make the mistake of spelling it COMBOBULANT. It's not in Webster's but I would say COMBOBULANT should describe the person who COMBOBULATES, which by extention means that a RECOMBOBULANT is one who RECOMBOBULATES. The meaning of DISCOMBOBULANT is therefore clear. (kinda)
