This was heartbreaking, and hard for me to watch; a man allowing a woman to do this to him, and publicly, at that. Every cell in my body wanted him to stand up to her and put her in her place. Domme sub ? That includes kicking and beating about the head and shoulders ? I don't think so. I think if he would've hit her once and floored her it would definitely be self defense. What I can't tell is if he just didn't want to hurt her or if she is actually tougher than him. I'd like to doubt the latter because people who are really tough try to avoid fights, not start them. And if she was really tough she would've likely injured him. Now I would like to see what would happen if a male was doing that to a female on a train. Someone would probably do something. T^T

I don't see anything Domme/sub about the vid. Not sure how you even came to that idea. The scenario was simple. He cheated on her. She found out. She was angry. People do things like that when they find out someone is cheating on them. While I think her anger was not out of line I do think her actions were. Knowing that he probably cheated on her, I have no sympathy for him either. Sorry.

She's still looking at a number if it doesn't get dropped down to simple assault OR battery. Not both. And if that video becomes evidence it is not going to go well for her no matter how much he forgives her and it's all lovey dovie. Moral of the story : beat people up at home, in the house. (either that or in a bar where everyone is drunk and thinks it's a show or something) Of course that is not always true, depending on where this is an assault/battery might be easier to deal with than domestic violence. T^T

T^T Personally, it just looked to me like an out of control bitch slamming on a backboneless fellow, but there's no way to tell what was really going on in his head, or why he didn't speak up, or yell, or something. Do you remember hearing the woman filming repeatedly saying something to the effect of, "He'd better not hit her!" while the woman's beating and kicking him in the head? Lawd have mercy, I wish he had socked her one! Would've straightened her ass out but quick, but with all those PC witnesses, he'd likely spend a decade in jail. I was stunned no one spoke up or did anything. Seems no one wanted to get involved. Wished a bunch of the men would've ringed themselves around her, and put her to the ground if necessary, till police got there. All I can say is that was horrible to watch.

No one intervened probably because they felt he deserved everything he was getting for cheating on her.

According to the comments under the vid, the train was stopped and cops called and she made the mistake of kneeing one of them in the groin. Her bail was set at $15,000. Any takers?

He was doing a good job at passive defense. One blow would not have gotten him in trouble, not with all those witnesses. I would've grabbed her by the neck and sat her down in a seat myself. She was so vulnerable so many times that I think he wanted to let her do it. He did it and she got it off her chest. There is also the possibility that she supports him. T^T

People are shit; on that reasonable people must agree. The thing is, for those of you implying the question of why he didn't defend himself, if he had fought back, he would have been the one going downtown, even if all he did was restrain her. And yes, he is an asshole for cheating on her, but being an asshole is no excuse for domestic violence. If it were there would be very few non-abusive relationships in the world. I'm definitely a consequentionist (spelling?) rather than a retributivist when it comes to penalization. Was her reaction the correct one, in an operant sense? I would say no. She demonstrated that she's a crazy bitch, but she certainly didn't elict a reaction of respect and contrition from him. If anything he now respects her less and is more likely to not give a fuck about her feelings the next time some hot young thing comes along. I won't get into the double standard beyond what I have since I think we're all aware of it. As to D/s, at the risk of repeating the obvious crazy bitches and D/s are two sets which rarely intersect. She was clearly out of control and flailing about like a child. Hardly a dominant posture.

If the roles were reversed and he was the aggressor this would be a entirely different thread except for the fact that it would still have been videotaped and nobody still would have intervened. The disgusting bitch with the camera is the one who should be arrested.

Why are we all assuming that this obviously irrational young lady is honest in asserting that he cheated on her? All I saw was a little girl on a power trip. Not D/s, just a power trip. But, even if he cheated on her, what could she have expected? We all know that gingers have no soul. j/k
