He was a likable person.

Jimmy Carter was probably one of the most morally fine and incorruptible people that has ever held the office of POTUS.

That said. He was a pitiful leader.

I think he was such a 'nice guy' that he didn't have that killer instinct. A good leader needs to know when to go for the throat.

That opinion and a dollar will get you a cup of coffee down at the corner convenience store.

.89 at Appco. Yes I do live in a cheap area. I bought gas last night for 2.97.

A brand new 3 BR 2 BA house (not manufactured) can be had for about 125K or less.

It's cheap here.
