Piers Anthony is good for punny writing, so is Terry Pratchett.

I have learned from a bunch of folks here that apparently I am not as self-centered as I think I am.

I have also learned from several that I don't always have as good judgement as I thought, and that sometimes it is better to let your friend find out themself than to try to tell them.

(I hope that's what you were goin' for, Pam... LOL I THINK I understood the op)

oops. sorry. it's the ex truck driver living in the southern US.. "hon" is (when I say it) not meant in any way other than an endearment..

(makes note to self not to refer to Pam as sweetie, honey, baby doll, dear, or any of the other Southern endearments I use)

I've learned so much from so many here. Mostly that I am not alone in my wants/needs/desires. I also learned that sometimes your own path may be murky to others but that you should follow if anyway because there is indeed a pot of gold at the end.
