Yeah, only slightly (and I mean real slightly) lower than St. Wrinklemeat, and slightly lower than Tricky Dicky at this point in their collective administrations.

And as I pointed out he is running about the same in numbers as the much vaunted St. Wrinklemeat and Tricky Dicky (both two term presidents).
