It started coming up every time I open a new window, all of a sudden.

I've not seen that specific one before, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to clear your Java cache,
and to be sure you have the current version of Java as well.
To clear the cache, go to your control panel (Start - Settings - Control Panel)
You should see the Java logo there. Click open, and on the bottom it says Temporary Internet Files.
Click Settings, then click Delete.

For Updating, click on the second tab (the one that says Update)

I just googled that error code and found quite a few posts.
Here is one that seems to have an easy solution.

I just deleted the huge screen shot after poise showed me where to fix the problem. The pic was fukn huge!
