I am a fairly avid couponer and I belong to a couponing site with a forum that allows people to talk about up coming deals, what deals they have done... that kind of thing. A woman on there did a very good deed by helping out a friend in need, buying her food, diapers, etc. But she bent some rules in buying these things.

She has since been called out for bending these rules by many, many people. Her defense is that she was doing it for a good reason, so the wrong doing should be over looked. I am curious to see what others think. Should you always follow the rules or can you break them for a good enough reason?


PS  If you arent a couponer you should know that breaking a stores couponing rules has long term consequences. A store is not reimbursed if coupon is used wrong which can lead to more strict (read less money off) couponing rules.
