Like two foreigners living in your house and communal kitchen. Silence under death threat fire arm, etc. What would you recommend? Going to the police immediately, or to the house association you rent from or move?

Well, it all depends. You said like two foreigners. To me, that could be anyone that looks like the people that blew up the building in Oklahoma and killed a lot of innocent children. Is that what you mean? You mean people that look like terrorists like that?

Yep. Pretty cryptic. Have to wonder how one *knows* there is "heavy crime" going on to begin with. Spending a bit too much time watching your neighbors I would bet. And "heavy crime?" Does that mean they are stealing bulldozers and other "heavy equipment?"

The creep who blew up the Federal building in Oklahoma City wasn't foreign.

If there are people in my neighborhood/building who are being threatened, which is what I assumed he meant by under silence and death threats, certainly call the police. And go stay with a family member for a few days while they investigate.

If however Rule is being threatened, then the same. Get out and stay out while the police handle it. It isn't an either/or proposition, it's both.

Meself, I'd just call me old mate from back in me school days. Sean would have a wee visit and a chat with them, and all would right again in the world. As useful as the coppers are, there are times it is really more helpful to have friends in low places than high.

You were very specific when you said, "like two foreigners". That would be indicating that foreigners are the only ones that comit heavy crimes.

My point exactly. It was his use of "life foreigners" that made me ask that. To me, someone that comits heavy crime, comits heavy crime, irrespective of where they come from.

For me, there is no difference between the creep that blew up the Federal building in Oklahoma City and the creeps that blew up the twin tower in New York, on 911. The point is that, it doesn't mean I have to start viewing all Caucasians through the same lenses as the creeps that blew the Federal building in Oklahoma or start viewing anyone that talks with a foreign accent or looks like they are from the middle east, through the same lenses as the creeps that blew the twin towers,.

People just have to watch what they say.
