This is the comment I left: this is just OBSCENE!! I KNOW (from personal experience) that the jails are over-crowded.. but FFS, I was there for a 14 yr old pot charge and STILL spent 2 weeks.."It's Lohan's fifth jail sentence since being arrested twice for drunken driving in 2007." WTF?? / REALLY??? is it because she is an alleged movie star? or because she's "too cute to be in jail"??? if EVER there was a reason to question the judicial system.. here it IS!!

Now I am reminded of my very most favourite episode of an old television programme 'Roseanne'. The early years of that show had a few real gems.

Hahah LaT. That was my thought too. Sitting in bathroom, freaking out. I did that once, but it was while tripping on acid, not just burning one.

GAH! ok, it was actually an FTA for an arrest 14 yrs prior on a possession charge.. sheesh..lol
