I am not a supportor of the GOP or Cain. I watched the press conference on CNN. My big questions is why are these people coming out now? This last one was supposedly done 15 years ago, the statue of limitations has run out. I also go the feeling Gloria Allred was putting on a show. Everything seem to have been reheased. She made it so melodramaic. She shows two papers claiming are sworn statement of two people who support Sharon Bialek claim, but no one is allowed to look at what was written. Sounds just like Senator Maccathy when he called a press conferrence and waved a paper in front of the camera claiming the paper had 200 commuinist working in the State Department, the paper was actually blank. I also question why does Sharon Bialek come out now 15 years later to make this claim, the statue of limitations has expired, there is nothing legally that can be done. I do not give any credit to the other who haved made claims against Cain, they will not come forth, they cowards to say the least. As to Gloria Allred she has her own agenda on this. She make a big speech about who we need an honest Presidnet who does not abuse the power of his office, who will respect women, etc. I laughed at this, who was she talking about? Everything she said could be said about Clinton. He had two women claim sexual hassment when he was Governor, then there was Monika, he public on national TV said he did not have sex with her, later he is convicted of lieing to the Federal Grand Jury on this, he lied to the public. Where was Gloria Allred when this was happening?

You do realize she ... the woman... has said she doesnt want money, she doesnt seek prosecution, and she wont sell her story. On rare occassions, people decide the hassel isnt worth it to come forward... and some people actually come forward when they see something wrong.

If you recall, the woman was out of work at the time. A great way to get a new job in her line of work is to sue the CEO of a large restaurant organization. Not.

Because they signed a legal document that prevents them from speaking about the incidents with Cain. Something else that apparently missed your notice.

He got a blow job... a consensual one. Monica was not a harassment charge. She was willing. THAT incident was between him, her and Hillary. We had no business shoving our noses into that.

Now, along comes Cain, the Republican equivalent of Clinton, and the Republicans are trying to hush this up. Where is the outrage they were venting on Clinton?

have you heard of non disclosure agreements?
the women did this 15 years ago, not recently, so its a standing record of him being accused and of making the problem go away by making monetary payments. The Bialek woman, hasnt sold her story, she could have done, she isnt asking for charges to be brought, she is telling her "story"

if she is lying I expect cain to go after her, if shes being a malicious bitch with no substance, she deserves whatever she gets.
This isnt going away. harrassment is not a joke.

Supporting Sharon Bialek isn't the same as supporting her claims. She and Cain were alone in the car. Witnesses will be hard to find. Well wait, no, there's this one:

I just love this!!! That is EXCELLENT!!! The truly mentally ill of the party are going to nominate the serial molester who wants to tax the poor to save the billionaires...then... when it comes time for the general, everyone except for the complete crazies recoil in disgust from the lying pervert, and when the president gets re-elected we can maybe get this country back on track...assuming that enough folks with brains have enough buyer's remorse and common sense to take back the senate and the house

If you're keeping score; Cain has so far been unable to recall:

1) Any charges of harrassment levelled against him
2) How the issue was resolved
3) Any more than one allegation
4) Whether or not he signed an 'agreement'
5) Whether or not a second allegation was 'settled'
6) The names of any of those who had accused him

So far the only thing credible about Cain's denials is that he doesn't seem to recognize how far up Shits creek he is.
