But the original Haribo (Gummi-Bear) store is in Bonn, near Cologne, too. And yes, Neuschwanstein is unbelievable, like something out of a dream. The castles I was talking about are completely different. They have been lived in during the middle ages, when they have been so called "working" castles, as opposed to representative ones like Neuschwanstein. I would like to put in my vote for Prague as well, so much to see and experience there. It feels like history is still alive there, mingling with modern culture, giving the place an unique feel. And great beer, of course. The historical places in the Mediterranean, of course. And yes, Istanbul. The city on two continents, where Orient and Occident meet.
