Touche' Suffice it to say that I have never resolved a problem by clearing the cache or dumping the cookies. I guess that's just the type of problem I have never encountered. But do we know for sure that this action actually cured the problem ? Let's put it this way, get a headache, take an Excedrin and it goes away. Get a headache and eat an apple and it goes away. The only way to prove it is to restore the cookies and see if the problem recurs. This can be found out actually, if you just move the cookies out and move them back in, maybe even one by one to identify the site that caused the problem. But I am not going to argue about it. I just think it must have been one strange, or baaaad cookie. If cookies can prevent you from getting to certain news webpages, I would also look for a political motive. I love a good conspiracy theory. Also, clearing the cache used to be effective sometimes because there were so many fucking errors on dialup it wasn't funny. There were enough of them that one might do something nasty to the browser. But today the occurance is rare. The cookie thing ? I'd like to see the history of the day and time the error happened. T^T
