Welcome to the boards and CM. The first thing to do is to make sure your profile isn't on hide. If it isn't, there's something about emptying your cookie cache and then re-starting CM, or something like that. If that doesn't work, then may I suggest you contact support on the other side, they'll be able to help. It's located at the very bottom (blue buttons). Give them a few days or so, they're busy and volunteers. Good luck.
