I think he should sue the voters too, after all they are responsible for kicking him out of his "rightful" employment, and the office he is entitled to.

(Does anyone need a sarcasm smiley?)

I'd like to see the filing papers rammed down his throat. Then after he chokes to death on them we plant an American flag in his ass, gather around in a circle and sing the National Anthem.
But that's probably a little overboard... I'd settle for a dismissal.

Has anybody mentioned your imagery has taken on a certain 'color' lately? <grin>

This thread is not about the OWS protests.
Thank you.

you'll live... but you're right ... it's not about the OWS protests... it's really not about a whole hell of a lot in fact. Frivolous cases are brought by the thousands every day and of those thousands hundreds get a pass and get heard for a while until they are shut down with a motion to dismiss.
So what's actually that unique about this case? Is it your assertion that this marks the first politician to do this? Or maybe the first democrat?
Apart from that, it's a thread about a presumably frivolous suit.

If you hadn't truncated my post when quoting it, the very next sentence would have clarified that the losses were his job. He did not pay for the election to be held, and thus has no standing to complain about those. And the costs of campaigning, if that's what you're referring to, were a given expense to keep the job.

So lost wages... sorry I didn't remember that and apparently didn't highlight enough... my question probably changed as a result of that the way my network was working last night with all the video streams coming in... so anyway lost wages and costs ... IF he can prove anything beyond a lie... which is probably the easiest.
