Hi A/all

i am lee a 30 m sub from UK, i created my profile a few days ago but not one is able to view the full profile.
when you click my image, or click view profile, it says 'profile not found'

i emailed support at the weekend but have not yet received a reply

my profile is not set to be hidden.

can anyone give me any pointers or advice on how i can fix this?
