They will, eventually, maybe even soon, in only 15-20 years more. The signs are there and Rice continuously, and also I Cain see them. A black republican president will eventually size the Powell. But they are still not ready, not quite, and this is a factor.

Someone needs to point out to SMM that a Presidential term is 4 years...not 2(I guess I just did that eh ?) a small detail to be sure....but a detail all the same.
