Could be food, wine, hotel experience, car, book you read, whatever. My personal take, being an ex- and maybe a reborn Foodie is stuff I eat/drink.

You show me yours, I'll show you mine...

it's 8 pm elsewhere in the world, hippiekinkster, but will need to think about best of.... pretty limited in experience of most things, so it'll probably be a book.

mmmm. i used to live in the Adelaide area. surrounded by 3 worldclass vineyards. they tend to attract foodies, so little cafes and restaurants abound. always local made cheese and bread and the most divine quince paste. and black olives. :: sigh ::

moments alone with my camera and blissful scenes to shoot (even if the pics dont come out as well as I would wish. the bane of ANY photog.. pro or not)

Doesn't get any fresher than that. I think maybe the best fish I ever had was a Ling Cod my ex caught on Resurrection Bay, Seward, Alaska. Looks like a prehistoric catfish. Flesh is turquoise blue, turns white on cooking. Caught about 3PM, on the grill at 6. I made a sort-of Veracruz sauce for it. Amazing flavor.

Well....living here, it was Maine lobster, grilled about 7 a.m. on Isle Au Haut, with corn and potatoes and french press coffee. Oh and blueberry muffins. Yep. Wicked good. .

The best taco i ever had was from a little stand in the back of a Pick-A-Part.    It was loaded with carne asada and spicy green salsa.  It was huge, and cost a dollar.

best anything? sure
experience: now. right here and now with heather, cheri & suze. just fucking mind blowingly superb.

food: the roast chicken dinner heather made last week. she surprised us with it, she worked all afternoon to have it ready. she was just so proud of herself for not ruining the meal. it was bland, dry, and just fucking wonderful. i've never enjoyed a meal more.

Shit yeah! Taco Carts are a gift from god! I LOOOOVE them. Seriously, it's like an unholy addiction. Especially after being at the bar. I almost always make my designated driver stop at one on the way home. LOL

Best... hmmm... Best Pho. South China House, a little Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant here in Salt Lake. Now, I've had Pho at MANY places, in some of the "best" places in china towns, etc. But, of all the places, a little dive next door to an asian market in Salt Lake City. Go figure.

The wife of a friend I was completely fed up with, showing up at my door, looking for revenge sex.

The best sesame chicken I ever had was back home in Chicago, accross from the Naval Base at a place called Torrenzo's.
