Rachel,
You have a glitch in your system. Your profile can't be read from this side, but if someone types your name in on the other side for the search function, your profile does come up. That could be why you're not getting the emails though.. because given the picture, you should be generating tons of inquiries! ::laughs::
Write to support, make sure you allow pop-ups because I had that problem and when I turned them off, everything started working. See if support can help.. and I know this is not a consolation, but you are not the only one who has this issue.
