A) Air-Tight arguement

B) Flimsy arguements that open him up to counter-arguements

So I'm hoping for 'A', but expecting 'B'.

With all due respect and zero ass licking, Kirata is one of the few who will pull people up on their dumbarse shit no matter what side gives it out.
I dont always agreee with him about it, but I do appreciate what he brings to the board... mostly.

Which is why I feel joe's being a little unfair here. Kirata strikes me as being far more nonaligned and independent than certain posters I could mention, put it that way...

If it wasn`t for Kirata,Firm and a very few others who actually make arguments and respect the debate,I wouldn`t spend my free time here.

For what it's worth, I appreciate that, and try to be sincere. =) And this is as good a time as any to point out, since some have at one point or another lumped me in with the whole Neo-con thing...

It really is hard for me to determine where I'm at politically. If I had to describe it in a nutshell it would probably be like I'd consider myself what I think the Republican party *should* be, but not where they are now. There's a Reagan speech from decades ago that hits on a lot of the same points I believe in (but wish *that* version of Reagan had been president, instead of the one we actually got).

But anyways, it leads to fun positions, like arguing about the Clinton's surplus in the other thread, which makes it get lost that I actually *applaud* his fiscal responsibility and wish we coulda voted him in for another term to continue what he started.

I think it was a question with an escape hatch built in. Reality for a while here? It might have been more realistic if they described a guy with two or three kids who makes $8 an hour and can't afford the $600.00 to $1,200.00 health care costs (right now, no shit) becomes faced with the same dilema.
It doesn't make the Hearty "YEAH!" you could hear any less dark.
