Now that he has admitted to smoking pot it's illegal for him to buy a gun. 


OOps Editing to state that I messed up on this one. The question has been changed on form 4473 question e,

"Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana,or any depressant, stimulant, or narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance ?"

I haven't bought a gun in almost 10 years.
