Um, welcome to collarme. Ironic in this instance, the site name.

Being collared is not something to aspire to. Being collared to someone you love and are in a LTR is. Go find that person, and don't rush simply because of your birthday.

Edited to add: OP, I just read your profile. If it's current, then you already are IN a LTR and should bring up your desire for a collar with your D type, not here.

OP, does the person that you are in a relationship with, know you want to be collared? Why dont they collar you for your birthday?

If you only want to experience a collar for your birthday, than perhaps your
