He's very good in the Hammer Werewolf film, the Ken Russell DH Lawrences and The Witches as well.

It used to be on the telly a lot over here. Definitely one of the better '60s Hammers. It isn't quite as good as Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed or Quatermass And The Pit, but it isn't far off.

The Beeb blocks ircs outside of the country, for some reason. I don't think they want Americans looking at the Doctor Who Confidential on the webpage before the episode they're talking about screens in the 'States.
The film in question is called Curse of the Werewolf and is (very loosely) based on Guy Endore's Werewolf Of Paris.
Here's the original 1961 trailer.
I think this is the start of the whole film...
